No offense but... what would they tweet about? "So, today 203 people got their accounts hacked, but we managed to fix 201 of them :) " Then again I suppose it could prove more interesting than most celebrity tweets.

If it's anything like Xbox360's CS twitter, they take questions from people (there's actually several accounts with the same name) and help them out as if it were the forums/phone (if there's no identifiable information going around). Thing is, if you're not being directly addressed, the damn things mostly make no sense to read on their own. :/Plus it's another outlet to read those blurbs on the side of the login screen.
