Hmmmm.... nah. Not for me. Every Rogue has that. But yes, it ~is~ a very rogue-defining item. Maybe it's just the use of "ultimate" that doesn't go with me. None of my rogues used it. It was the Belf bandit mask for them. Just looks better, and not every rogue has one, at least on my server.

My Belf rogue got one at around lvl 12. No outside help, died by the ship to Exo, in Auberdine, that's it. For me, at least, that makes it more "ultimate", but that's just me.
