It's more recent, but I would put forward Calamity's Grasp off of KT 25 as pretty rogue-iconic. Back in 3.0 when all we had was Naxx, seeing combat rogues sporting one of those was pretty impressive. I mean, it spins, for chrissake!

That was by far my favorite weapon of this expansion. With Mongoose on it (before Berserking got fixed), I called it my "Electric Lawnmower".
