I hope these events last a while. My troll hunter is only level 63, and I want to get him high enough so he can participate in the retaking of his new home city!

Will last till month before cata. Or was it month after release of event.

I'm guessing it will last a month and be followed by the pre-cata patch which will also last a month putting the cata release right in November where most people have been predicting it. woot! :) :)

My guess is that these events will remain active until Cataclysm launches. I do not know this for a fact, but it is reasonable.
