Does the 15% movement speed in the tooltip for the ghost wolf talent apply only to ghost wolf form or is it permanent like talents that rogues, death knights and paladins have?

i think the speed part applies to movement overall (not ghost wolf) so yeah its like those.

Great post. Very informative. I totally want the arctic wolf glyph!!I also think shaman are going to be OP in cata. Raiding is above movement - that's all that makes it hard. We now have the ability to move 15% as a baseline, and instant cast into 50% movement speed - that's INSANE. No other class can move that freely. They might as well take blink off cooldown.

Well, Firestyle, to be fair hunters have had the option to have a 10% speed buff (granted, in a spec that hasn't gotten much love in Wrath) and can always change aspects to cheetah quickly if they were sure they wouldn't get damaged in that time. I don't think shamans getting those speed changes are going to be too op or anything.

Being able to run doesn't make you OP. If It did then druids would be the most OP class.
