I'm surprised that the Healing Wave glyph has remained unchanged. I expected the effect to be shifted over to Greater Healing Wave. Given that Healing Wave will now be a much bigger part of our healing, I can the glyph being very cool indeed. I'm already a big fan of it on Live, and I expect it'll be even better in Cataclysm. What I've seen so far seems to indicate that there won't be too much to figure out when it comes to our Prime Glyphs. Earth Shield is a no-brainer, and I fully expect Water Shield to be required, at least in the lower tiers of content. As for Earthliving vs. Riptide, not really sure which will be better; I'm leaning toward Earthliving, as we'll potentially be consuming Riptide enough that the extra duration won't matter. But someone else will do the math, and we'll see which one works out better. The important decisions seem to lie more in our Major Glyph choices, but given that we can shift around glyph outside of combat much more easily in Cataclysm, it seems like it'll be quite easier to adjust our set-ups for different fights. Chain Heal will probably be used pretty much all the time, though I like that the glyph does require some trade-offs. Healing Stream also seems very cool, though I have to wonder if we'll be able to sacrifice using our Mana Spring Totem much in Cataclysm; I suppose with Blessing of Might getting Wisdom rolled into it, it won't be too hard to have the mana regen we need without MST. I do wonder if this means newly consolidated Resistance Totem is not long for this world, it seem fairly useless if we can glyph a totem that also heals to have the same effect. The other two Major Glyphs I'm eying are Healing Wave and Ghost Wolf. As I said before, Healing Wave's already an awesome glyph, and I think it'll be even better in Cataclysm. It may produce a fair amount of overheal, but it'll definitely come in very handy when healing is tight and it's easier to forget about yourself. Ghost Wolf should be awesome, though probably not necessary unless it's a fight you know will be movement heavy. As for Ancestral Swiftness, I'm not in beta so I can't check, but everything I've read indicates that the 15% movement speed buff is just your run speed, and does not effect Ghost Wolf's speed. If it does effect GW, coupled with the glyph, GW's gonna be faster than a non-epic ground mount.
