Are you sure that Glyph of Poisoning is the only Minor Glyph? I just logged into the Beta to check this, and it's the only NEW minor glyph but all of the old ones are still there, with the exception of Vahish, since it's not a Major Glyph.

I have Blurred Speed on my rogue on the beta and it's fully functioning. ( Unless something has changed in the last 24 hours)
