Unless I'm mistaken, Combat Potency is the reason why Fast Off-Hands are good for Combat, and we still have it, so I think we still want fast off-hands.

Again, unless I'm mistaken, Combat Rogues never used to use daggers because we were restricted by choosing a weapon specialization, but now that they're removed, I don't see why you can't just use a dagger as your fast OH.
