Well, that was an easy mistake to make Elizabeth... I mean, that tunnel was designed to look just like a mechanognome's colon. Green gas and everything.

The quote is from a Futurama episode titled, "Parasites Lost". Fry eats an egg-salad sandwich that he purchased from a gas-station bathroom vending-machine ("It's like there's a party in my mouth, and everyone's throwing up!"); the sandwich is loaded with parasite eggs.
Later in the episode, Fry is having a colonoscopy, and a dazzling, super-futuristic city of parasites is discovered in his bowel. Leading Amy to exclaim, "It's beautiful! That place used to be a big dump!"
