"Leet speak" isn't cool anymore. It just makes you sound like a jackass.

And stop shortening every word you type and stop inserting random capital letters.

"hey, nE1 hlp wit a quest plz? k thx!" =/= "Would anyone mind taking a moment to help me with a difficult quest please? Thanks in advance!" One of those will get you help, the other will get you ignored forever.
