I am a little amazed at how lackluster this 'guide' is on maximizing your dps for these encounters. There are so many nuances and tactics left out.Just a small note on the other comments... If you spell queue an instant after a cast spell(Wrath or Starfire), then you only receive one stack instead of two.Unchained Magic rotations can easily be accomplished that only get to 3 stacks. Starfire, Moonfire, Starfire, Insect Swarm, Starfire, Typhoon, let stack clear. Even on heroic 25, a Power Word Shield is more than enough to absorb 3 stacks on an explosion.

I have to echo Tyler here saying you should not be casting with Unchained Magic at *all* on the heroic version of the encounter. Half the heal team is likely to be out of commission with Unchained Magic on any given time, and even if the available healers compensate for the damage, it's another burden on top of stupidly high tank and raid damage. Given that the raid's invariably together during Sindragosa's aerial phase, the pull-ins, and behind ice blocks to drop Mystic Buffet in phase 3, the odds of your exploding into a bunch of other people are very high. Heroic Sindragosa is already an RNG-riddled nightmare to heal. Please, please, please do not cast with Unchained Magic. It makes your heal team sad.
