No news on "Living Bomb now only affect up to 3 enemies."? Does it mean the explosion only affects 3 targets or that it can literally only be on 3 targets?

Explodes for as many as it touches but only 3 active living bombs at at time. But we have a new talent to go with this, when living bomb is on 3 targets the mage gets a 10% haste bonus. So single target with adds and sustained AoE we will be using this!

One trick I've been doing in the beta is running while using lots of flame strike to create a path of fire that anything following me has to walk through.

Tooltip reads: "After 12 sec, the target explodes dealing 345 Fire damage to up to 3 enemies within 10 yards."
