Should mention the change to Impact.
"Gives your damage spells a 10% chance to cause the next Fire Blast you cast to stun the target for 2 sec and spread any fire damage of time effects to nearby enemies within 12 yards."
Also forgot the mastery DoT from direct damage spells. So a Pyroblast crit will apply 3 DoTs by itself. Get those three, a Living Bomb up and Combustion them all together and hope for an Impact proc. Impact procs and you have all of that rolling on every enemy nearby. Could be a nice way to avoid the 3 target limitation of Living Bomb now.
Should also edit or add in the change to Arcane Explosion for arcane mages.

The change to impact is possibly the most important AOE change to Fire Mages in Cataclysm. Imagine the Combustion DOT, plus the second application of the other DOTs ticking away on EVERYTHING!
Ok, it's the "most likely to get revamped" talent in the tree, but hopefully the low proc rate means it will stay.

... AoE Combustion...
Oh god! Was I day-dreaming for a moment there?!

The impact proc lasts 10 seconds:( so you cannot just hoard the aura until combustion comes off cooldown. Still correct use of combustion will be very tricky and likely will require an addon (since combustion sums up dot dps and not dot remaining damage; thus you want to use combustion when you have as many dots as possible AND they are all about to run out). And it has been tested that impact spreads the combustion dot btw.
