I do love the new Blood Boil effect. Makes Death Knights that much more menacing, however it has caused some hilarious party chat conversations.

Blood DK: "I attack you! I give you worms! I boil your blood! I strike your heart! FEAR ME!"
Mage: "lol i shoot sparks at you"
Boss: "OMFG STUPID MAGE"
Mage has died.
