Question about HONOR points.

If I already have 75,000 honor points, will I get nothing from the Spirit Shards and stuff when the conversion goes into effect?

I'm already Honor-capped with nothing to buy with it. Am I going to lose all those Shard and WG Marks I worked to get? Or will I get something else like gold for them?
