Yes, a lot more. 251 legs currently cost 95 frost emblems. On the PTR they cost 1100 justice points, which is the equivalent of 400 frost emblems. Unless the justice point cost falls to 262, or you get 11.5 justice points per frost emblem you have more buying power now.
