According to WoW Juju's reputation calcuator (http://www.wowjuju.com/repcalc), it doesn't. I checked both Alliance and Horde toons and, unfortunately, the only ones that seem to are:
Lunar Festival: Lunar Festival Elders (A & H)
Harvest Festival: Honoring a Hero (A & H)
Hallow's End:
Crashing the Wickerman Festival (A)
The Power of Pine (A)
Ruined Kegs (H)
Stinking up Southshore (H)
(assuming wowjuju is up to date, of course)

What is this hidden horde faction you speak of?
Obviously some kind of bug I'd guess, but I'd love some info :D

@ColbyWolf: There is what is a hidden "meta-faction" called "The Horde" / "The Alliance" (depending on your faction, duh) that exists technically in game, but isn't visible. It is, however, visible on the armoury.
The curious case about it is you can be 999/1000 Exalted with all five races, but still only be Honoured with "The Horde" / "The Alliance." However, it is possible to get 999/1000 Exalted with that meta-faction, but unfortunately, it doesn't count as an Exalted faction in game, so won't help towards the 40 Exalted Factions achievement.
