He wants you to know what it's like to go through troll redemption and find your hard-won prestige dashed by a single joke.
I'm going to have to try that Arthas joke at some point. It never did occur to me, but he's right. Why is Arthas's mount called Invincible if you can see it? PROTIP: This is a terrible, if not THE worst way to deal with trolls. Responding in a srsbsnis way will do nothing more than make you a target.
Quite literally, the best way is to ignore them and report them if required.
