I was wondering this too. Arcane is by far my favorite spec and will remain so, but is it true that AB won't effect AM or ArcBar anymore? I understand that's how it works on PTR atm, but what about Beta? And what about the idea that ArcBar wouldn't consume AB charges anymore?

If anyone can confirm these as what is intended, I would deeply appreciate it. I don't want to have to start getting into the Fire/Frost mindset in order to raid/pvp in Cata, but I will if necessary...
