- Realm First! Nefarian First guild on the realm to defeat Nefarian in Blackwing Descent on heroic difficulty while in a guild group.
- United Nations Raise 55 reputations to exalted. Reward: Dark Phoenix Hatchling.
- You've Been Iced Figure it out.

Before you scroll through, I thought I'd dig up this blue post from a while back that explains what exactly constitutes a "guild group," just in case you missed it.

In general we require 80% of the group to be comprised of guild members. There are exceptions to this case though like 40 man raids and arenas. All the gritty details below are below.
4/5 - dungeons
8/10 - 10 player raid, 10 player BG
20/25 - 25 player raid, 25 player BG
10/40 - 40 player raid
12/15 - 15 player BG
2/2, 3/3, 5/5 - Arenas
Guild Achievements -- General
- Guild Level 5 Reach guild level 5. Reward: Guild Vault Voucher (7th Tab)
- Guild Level 10 Reach guild level 10. Reward: Heirloom Cloaks
- Guild Level 15 Reach guild level 15. Reward: Wrap of Unity
- Guild Level 20 Reach guild level 20. Reward: Heirloom Helms
- Guild Level 25 (Alliance) Reach guild level 25. Reward: Reins of the Golden King
- Guild Level 25 (Horde) Reach guild level 25.
- Saving For A Rainy Day Loot 100,000 gold from creatures. Reward: Guild Herald
- A Class Act Reach level 85 on each of the classes listed below. Reward: Shroud of Cooperation
- Stay Classy Complete the classy achievements listed below. Reward: Guild Vault Voucher (8th Tab)
- Horde Slayer Complete the slayer achievements listed below. Reward: Guild Page
- Alliance Slayer Complete the slayer achievements listed below. Reward: Guild Page
- Critter Kill Squad Kill 50,000 critters Reward: Armadillo Pup
- Guild Cataclysm Dungeon Hero Complete the heroic Cataclysm dungeon achievements listed below while in a guild group. Reward: Standard of Unity
- Working as a Team Obtain 525 skill points in all professions and secondary professions. Reward: Banner of Cooperation
- Better Leveling Through Chemistry Create 25,000 Cataclysm flasks. Reward: Big Cauldron of Battle (Recipe)
- Master Crafter Craft 1,500 Epic items with an item level of at least 359. Reward: Cloak of Coordination
- That's A Lot of Bait Catch 10,000 fish from fishing pools. Reward: Seafood Magnifique Feast (Recipe)
- United Nations Raise 55 reputations to Exalted. Reward: Dark Phoenix Hatchling
Guild Achievements -- General
- Everyone Needs A Logo Create and purchase a guild crest.
- It All Really Adds Up Spend 100,000 gold on guildmember repairs.
- That's a Lot of Travel Time Complete 25,000 quests.
- A Daily Routine Complete 25,000 daily quests. Reward: Battle Standard of Coordination
- You've Been Iced Figure it out.
Guild Achievements -- PvP
- Tol Barad Brigade Win 500 battles for Tol Barad while in a guild group.The Peak of Perfection - Win 100 rated Twin Peaks matches with a score of 3 to 0 without dying while also getting at least 1 killing blow while in a guild group.
- Guild Gankin' in Gilneas Win 100 rated the Battle For Gilneas matches with a score of 2000 to 0 while in a guild group.
- Storming the Beach In a rated Strand of the Ancients match, capture the Titan Relic in under four minutes 100 times while in a guild group.
- Guild Commanders Earn the Commander title on all of the classes below.
- Guild Champions Earn the Champion title on all of the classes below.
- Guild Marshals Earn the Marshal title on all of the classes below.
- Guild Generals Earn the General title on all of the classes below.
- Guild Field Marshals Earn the Field Marshal title on all of the classes below.
- Guild Warlords Earn the Warlord title on all of the classes below.
- Guild Grand Marshals Earn the Grand Marshal title on all of the classes below.
- Guild High Warlords Earn the High Warlord title on all of the classes below.
- Guild Battlemasters Earn the Battlemaster title on all of the classes below.
- Call of Battle Win a ranked arena match while in a guild group.
- Guild Rivals Earn the Rival title on all of the classes below.
- Guild Duelists Earn the Duelist title on all of the classes below.

Guild Achievements -- Raids and Dungeons
- Baradin Hold Guild Run Defeat Argaloth in Baradin Hold while in a guild group.
- Heroic: Cho'gall Guild Run Defeat Cho'gall in the Bastion of Twilight on heroic difficulty while in a guild group.
- Heroic: Nefarian Guild Run Defeat Nefarian in Blackwing Descent on heroic difficulty while in a guild group.
- Heroic: Al'Akir Guild Run Defeat Al'Akir in the Throne of the Four Winds on heroic difficulty while in a guild group.
- Heroic: Sinestra Guild Run Defeat Sinestra in the Bastion of Twilight on heroic difficulty while in a guild group.
Guild Achievements -- Professions
- Mix Master Create 10,000 Cataclysm flasks.
- The Pen is Mightier Create 25,000 glyphs.
- Set the Oven to "Cataclysmic" Cook 5,000 Cataclysm cooking recipes.
- Time To Open A Restaurant Cook 10,000 Cataclysm cooking recipes.
- Making History Complete 500 archaeology projects.
- Like Shooting Fish In A Barrel Catch 100,000 fish from fishing pools.
Guild Achievements -- Feat of Strength

Before there was achievements in the game, I would have never done a lot of the achievements I've earn.

So does everyone in the guild get access to these rewards even if you don't participate? Haven't done much reading into the system.

From my understanding, there will be a guild quartermaster vendor; unlocking a reward via guild achievement would make that item available on the guild quartermaster, and you would then need a certain standing with your guild reputation to buy certain items.

The rewards from doing the guild achievements are, as far as I know:
1) You get your guild a big chunk of experience, and possibly unlock some goodies for the guild.
2) Getting XP for the guild (which ignores the daily cap that other guild XP is limited by) gets you guild rep, which unlocks goodies for you.
3) The guild achievement immortalizes the characters who earned it. Not sure how that's gonna work for things like the pay-for-repairs, fish-from-pools, or rated BG pwnage ones that are likely to have a whole lot of contributors. The UI surely has space for at least 25 names, but how the game will pick them is a mystery.

55 factions, eh? Assuming the guild reputation counts, that's 61 factions in Cataclysm if I've counted right, which means every faction other than the two hideous PvP grinds and the non-Steamwheedle Insane ones, and you'll *just* make it.

My main question is how many people have to be exalted with each faction. If only one member of my guild is exalted with, say Booty Bay, does that count towards that acheviment, or do a certian number of people have to be exalted? I suppose we will just have to wait and see.

Can Penguins be farmed for Critter Kill Squad ? I just recall TONS of them in easily AEOable groups in WotLK

I'd say to be "iced" in pop culture means to be murdered, at least traditionally. Usually specifically related to mobsters and so on.

And for the record, from what I understand the Smirnoff's are hidden, and must be chugged when found. This happened at my wife's workplace once and everybody got secretly shitfaced one day while at work.

Smirnoff? Really? I'm going to say maybe to that and more probably to the old gangster saying pertaining to someone being 'iced' or 'whacked'. With the new Goblin playable race that seems to fit in well. However, there could be something added in Cataclysm that would be even more obvious. A Raid boss or holiday event. There was the "Ice the frost lord" achievement. So who knows. I have a sudden urge for 'iced' tea...

We're the same in our guild. Need help leveling? Sure! Need help getting that last set piece? No problem. Need help grinding to "Seeker"? ...Hello... Guys? Are you there?...
Ok they helped out wen they could on the last one. But we plan on trying for these new "ding and a check-mark" achievements too.

So, heirloom cloaks and helms - if I get them, and leave/quit/gkick the guild, do I lose these? Kind of sucks to have to be teathered to a guild if things go south (like a bad relationship) just to keep these. I hope they're permanent!

I believe the perks will be removed. They did this to prevent Guild-jumping.
However, you will have like a 24 hour grace period after /gkick or /gquit-ing, so as long as you do not join a different guild, you can re-join your old guild and keep all the same rep/perks/ranks/etc.
