Well thing is, the wording of the article is kinda off (and so is mmo-champs).

"Titan's Grip no longer reduces your physical damage done by 10% when a 2H Weapon is equipped in one hand."

It would make out to be "When a (singular) 2h weapon is eguipped on _ONE_ hand it gives no penalty".. the article does not say it affects when 2h is on both hands.
But the tooltip makes it more clear, simply allows 2handers on both hands.

Also I think the change is because fury cant get http://www.wowhead.com/spell=12712 now.
