Where's my non-mobile version of this? Why am I not allowed to access guild chat at times when I don't feel like logging in but would like to be able to see who's online and maybe chat someone up without wasting time standing around Dalaran? >.

It's not anything official, but you can download android emulators and just have them on your computer.

OK, to be fair, it's in the blue post and now in the wow insider post. They should probably update that so it's a little more clear.
