I mention this I a reply to another comment. The armory app for android is called Droid Armory and is available in the android marketpace.
I can't compare it to the iPhone app as I've never used the iPhone app, but I've been happy with it for the couple months that I've had it.

Unfortunately that is a privately created app. It is not run or updated by blizzard so it lacks the functions of the IPhone App. It does however link to the Auction House App if it is installed. I am hoping that when Blizzard mentions the Android Armory App, this means that we will be getting one soon. While I do love the Droid Armory, I know its not the same as the Iphone App. CURSE YOU IPHONE! WHY DOES EVERYONE LOVE YOU?!
