So uhh... if you know your competition is using this addon, couldn't you simply post your item for a ridiculously small amount and buyout their supply for next to nothing?

They'll have a minimum threshold built into their logic, and below that they won't post.

The way to beat them is to keep posting lower till you find that threshold, then buy all of their stock at that price, then relist it higher. Heck, maybe they forgot to set the minimum. 8)

But then you're still left buying at the price they want to sell at. Most likely when they come back they will just reload with more at that price. If their cost is lower than yours, you won't be able to win that battle long term - just get a few sales in between their checks.

If you find their threshold and it's not a price you want to compete at, just post a single item below that threshold so their automation won't post anything. Selling the occasional single item at or slightly below cost is a good price for being able to sell the higher priced items without competition.
