I've been using wow-pro.com's questing/leveling addon. These are the people that brought us the famous "Jame's Leveling Guide".

The only problem I have with it are a few bad TomTom waypoints loaded into it, which point you far from where you are supposed to be, but that is not a bug in the addon, itself, but rather just a few bad coords loaded into the db.
