-Logitech G35 headset (origionally had a audiofx pro, but they finally bit the dust after 2 years of heavy use) I am a huge fan of positional sound, saves the day in a shooter. I haven't really found any value in the positional sound if you are playing WoW.

-Merc Stealth Keyboard - This thing is amazing, I don't know if i could play any game now without it. To begin with your hand does not get nearly as fatigued when using this, but most importantly it makes it easy to click away without looking away from the keyboard or resorting to clicks because of the distinct locations and shapes of keys.
-And of course an authenticator
