I have a Razer Naga and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Even if you don't want to use the buttons, the mouse is contoured perfectly for any sort of work. I use all the buttons when I play wow, SC2, HoN, and WC3. I also use this mouse for photoshop, blender, Visio, Flash and so on and so on.

It has so many uses and is extremely comfortable. I recommend the Naga to anyone who uses the computer regularly.
