Cataclysm Beta: Test Tol Barad with the developers

Mumper -- Tol Barad Focus Test w/ DevsWe are planning to do a focused playtest on Tol Barad on Monday the 27th at 4pm PST. We would like to get as many players out there on the beta to help us as possible. You must be level 85 to join the battle. We will speed up the game timer so we can play multiple games during the test.
I will make a new feedback post after we finish the test for everyone to post in. Feedback is very important for us at this point so please take your time and try to be as concise as possible with your findings.

We just have to keep telling ourselves, that the wait will be worth it.
Take a small pinch of solstice in the fact that beta people will have to do everything twice and it will lose the novelty, meanwhile we'll experience everything sparkly fresh and fantastic with less bugs.

So jealous... I'm not in the beta, but I *love* WG and I've been itching to see how Tol Barad compares. I am so feverishly hoping that TB is as good or possibly even better; otherwise I'll mourn the passing of WG forevermore and possibly even hang up my PvP gear for good.
For the most part I'm perfectly okay with missing out on the beta; I'd much rather experience Cataclysm when it's relatively bug-free and when I can actually keep the levels and reps I'm grinding out... but oh, this particular moment in time, I do SO wish I could participate in this grandiose endeavor!

hmmm... if it's the issue I think it is, you gotta delete the cache folder, the one that's inside the data folder.
I had the toon screen issue as well, but mine, when trying to get into a character, would crash half way logging in : /

Exactly, they gave the when, why and who but they didn't say where to meet them at. WoW Insider, could you please inform us when you find out?

There is one thing worse than not being in the beta for this event. Being in the beta but for only for a couple of days and and not being 85 to participate.
