- Heroic: Nefarian -- Defeat Nefarian in Blackwing Descent on heroic difficulty. Title: Blackwing's Bane
- Heroic: Sinestra -- Defeat Sinestra in the Bastion of Twilight on heroic difficulty. Title: Dragonslayer
- Heroic: Al'Akir -- Defeat Al'Akir in the Throne of the Four Winds on heroic difficulty. Title: Of the Four Winds
- Defender of a Shattered World -- Complete the raids and heroic dungeons listed below. Title: Defender of a Shattered World

The way I see the title it will bee Dragonslayer [Name], though I could be wrong. Either way I'm totally amped up to get that title! Blackwing's Bane is pretty cool too, the others are just meh.

I like how unnecessarily long and pompous "Defender of a Shattered World" sounds. Totally going for that one.

Well, Coach from survivor was a Dragonslayer and it didn't work out too well for him. It does roll off the tongue though. If you could get one of your non-combat pets to bow and whisper, "Dragonslayer" that would be pretty cool.

Hmm Dragonslayer should require all important dragons in the game, not just one. And yes, a dragonmount should be the reward.

I don't know, Sinestra is pretty important. Only living consort of Deathwing.
...I was sort of hoping she'd ally with you and help him killing, like Alexstrasza versus Malygos (course, Alexstrasza isn't evil...)

According to the books she's dead and from the data-mined pics and vids she looks pretty dead too. She may be undead like her children Nef and Ony.
