I find it funny that playing the AH is now getting referred to as AH PvP. (Finally a type of PvP I'm good at!) It's just supply & demand in action. I guess because the seller's name is attached to it, it becomes more personal. *shrug*
But really, we (the sellers) are the supply. We can't differentiate ourselves in the quality of the "product"... So all we have is price point and volume. The seller who can afford to sell the most volume at the lowest price is going to "win". But sometimes, winning isn't the best thing... If your'e confident you can sell your wares at a higher price, just wait a few days and try again. If you're constantly getting undercut--well, maybe the competition is just stupid--or maybe your price is set too high. And as supply outgrows demand (which I'm sure it does in most markets towards the end of an expansion) you've just got to accept that prices are going to go down.
