Cataclysm Beta: Worgen emotes and back flip video
Worgen have recently gotten a little bit of an upgrade in the Cataclysm beta. All of their voice emotes now have appropriate sounds to go along with them, and some of their emotes have new animations. Also, like the night elves, worgen now do a flip randomly while jumping. This is, however, a back flip -- and it looks pretty cool. The video above contains a complete catalog of all the available emotes and audio and shows off the new worgen back flip. You also get a chance to see the male worgen dance in action if you've missed it before -- and it is all done with a spiffy top hat to add that little touch of class.
Female worgen have yet to be fully implemented in the beta, so we will just have to wait to see if they get any special emotes or animations to go along with them.
Be sure to have your speakers turned up a bit, the sound came out a little soft.

I just created a photobucket account, to better show some wolf pictures that I found via google images.

The snarling ones all look tough and ferocious, but still appealing, I think. No upturned snout or weird proportions. Also, the eyes are very nice. As a side note, I think that the scar over the eye of the one white wolf, that's snarling in the drawn image, is rather cool. I wonder if we could get details like that as an option? Scars and whatnot, for Worgen. Since, I'd imagine they've gotten pretty banged up in their battles.
There's a few snarling images and some calm ones. As I've stated before, I think the male models are pretty darn near perfect at this point. And, I just hope that the female ones will eventually be equally as well done. I think they should be tough and feral looking, too, while also retaining some of that majestic and beautiful feel that wolves give off. I'd prefer my female worgen to look predatory and tough, while still looking graceful and majestic.

Ack, I knew they just had to include a "furry" joke in there somewhere. Oh well, still the rest of them are awesome.

Aaaand this is the race that will make me change factions. Curse you and your inevitable betrayal, Blizz!
No, I don't know what they're betraying specifically...yet. All I know is I'm going to be surrounded by the most boring architecture in the game. Stormwind? /Stormsigh

So I've just watched this again and I'm pretty impressed with how they've balanced the werewolf with the Stiff Upper Lip, top-hat wearing Gilneans. The bow and the kneel are very... proper (what, what) and the roar is on the other side of the spectrum but the all fit together nicely. My only real complaint is the Furry joke but there's always one in every set. :)

"Wergen hard, or hardly Wergen"?
Metzen needs to work on his pronunciation.

Just watched it a second time, and I'm almost ashamed I missed the Hulk Hogan reference the first time around.
My male Worgen will have a macro to /cheer that he will use often regardless of whether or not he actually has anything to cheer about.

worgen dance kinda sucks, tbh...
doesn't look like dance at all, just set of random separate movements.

Gainer is like a slang diving term. They're called a Reverse in the rule books.

this was supposed to be a reply to something said earlier. They had called the backflip a gainer.
