My boyfriend and I met via WoW. We'd been in the same guild since 2004. We'd talked extensively -- on the phone a bunch -- but never as more than friends. In Dec '09, I was in the hospital for 4 weeks due to some surgical complications. During that, he became my rock - we texted several thousand times a day and spoke when we could. We've been doing the semi-long distance relationship thing since!

He lives in SW Connecticut and I live north of Boston so he's 160~ miles away. We see each other every weekend but during the week, we talk on the phone and play! Nothing's as good as having a warm body next to you but we'll both take what we can get.

We're getting married 12/11/10. :) We both look forward to the Cata launch and hope it fits in with our wedding plans. hehe
