It seems healing is more about strategy. I think my strategy is going to be healing guildies and queuing as dps when forced to random. I don't have as much patience as others when it comes to getting through this paradigm shift.

agreed. I don't even want to fool around healing pugs until I am positive that everybody understands the new game.
