As of now, they're still in the game as regular achievements and not feats, though that's always subject to change.

The insane. Spoiler: bloodsail are going to be dead. Can you get the title before doing that quest chain? And with zandalar gone one of the best ways to get another faction on that list's rep goes. This one is one I am wondering about because I am already close enough on a few factions that I could dedicate a week or two and get this title, or at least the important ones to it

As someone currently working on The Insane, I would have to agree, you want to do it now rather than later. OTOH, as someone currently working on The Insane, I have to say that you may well be too late already, if you are not already close to exalted with Darkmoon Faire.Just a FYI, you turn in >100 upper level darkmoon decks. That's >800 cards ... that match. The number of cards you have to make, that end up not matching? Well... perhaps the AH will help you make up the difference. My own experience has been 30-40 minutes herbing per card made, northrend herbs and supplemental Eternal Life purchased. At high Honored, I've enough decks yet to make that, probably, "every card will count".
