I find it interesting that they are making A Tribute to Dedicated Insanity a Feat of Strength but Herald of the Titans is still going to be available. Both have gear requirements but Herald of the Titans is easier because you can keep trying for an hour each week.

Yeah, as I said to blizzardsprules above, I'm sure it *will* be a feat because it's basically the same deal as the ToGC version, but there isn't anything to confirm it yet. Hopefully we'll know more in advance of any relevant patch dropping!
