I liked punching domesticated felboars (http://cata.wowhead.com/npc=21195). Just pull one over to Oronok Torn-heart and you can fight them naked, since the friendly ork will heal you whenever you get low. Simply start punching one and go off to do something more interesting (watch TV, write a novel, observe grass growing etc.). You only need check in every 30 mins or so to start a new boar going.
