Bashiok has confirmed that Blizzard is anticipating emailing out
BlizzCon ticket barcodes next week. If you were lucky enough to have bought BlizzCon tickets, watch your email and make sure nothing gets lodged in the spam filter.
Your BlizzCon ticket barcode is required, along with a photo ID, to get into the show and pick up your badge. It is important to print out the barcode
before you leave for Anaheim and bring it with you for registration.

Bashiok -- Re: Emailed Blizzcon Tickets
None have gone out yet. We're anticipating them to begin going out early next week.

Is everyone getting tickets required to be present to pick up their badges?
I forget what the policy has been in years past.

If you registered the tickets in your name on battle.net, yes you have to be present with your ID to pick them up.

Can you pick up ur badge then give it to someone else? I got my girlfriend a ticket just to be nice, but id love to give her badge to somone else.

Yes, once you have the ticket in your hands anyone can use it to get in, that person will just have her name on their pass. Some people to get extra goodie bags will buy extra tickets and sell the pass for cheap once receiving their goodie bag.
