Any advice on whether re-gemming will be required, particularly for Disc? Posters on the Elitist Jerks forum seem to be saying that because of the Borrowed Time nerf, loss of Enlightenment, and consolidated raid buffs, the haste rating needed to reach the hard GCD cap on PW:S will be 830.
