I think there's a chance the impact on ICftB may not be as massive as we all assume. I don't know if Robin has done a culling of inactives lately -- I suspect not, and if I'm right, one of those could well cut the guild size in half right there.

The one thing this is going to kill is those "server downtime" parties, at least in the format that we know them now, wherein we literally add new members by the hundreds for a one-night event.
