They do have some of the best, most dramatic, death animations in the game though.

@Sadistic4Given the reference to an inexperienced Shaman in Vanilla, we may presume that encountering Murlocs in Westfall was improbable, while Silverpine Forest would have indeed been a more likely venue for early Murloc encounters.
