Yea, all of those things are true. But for a random sort of whack a mole thing, it does come in handy sometimes. I tend to run heroics as holy with a DK tank, and its nice for him to be able to let me know if I should 'stun' someone for an interrupt when he runs out (this way we don't rely on the pug dpsers for anything). Not that interrupts are necessary for heroics, or even, really, speccing holy nowadays, but it makes the runs marginally more interesting.

Well... to spice up dungeons, we sometimes run them with 5 dps, usually guildies, but sometimes we torture an lfg dps... It's fun to heal with AoW flash procs and divine storm.
We've tried it with an LFG tank, but it can get messy and lead to frustration.. If the tank is re undergeared keeping agro off of 3 264++ geared dps is not easy.
