I should probably clarify myself; there is a big difference between players who don't dps snowbolds, and those that *won't" dps snowbolds.

Players who haven't seen the content, or run with guilds who assign them to be purely on Gormok are not being unreasonable by ignoring the snowbolds.

Players who refuse to dps snowbolds even when asked I would describe as not co-operating. If I'm leading the raid, these people find themselves rapidly replaced and often black listed in some manner.
