I believe you missed a bit of news! I read this recently on MMO-Champion, (if you scroll down to the post about Cata non-combat pets you'll see a blurb on it) but there is an achievement in Cata for 55 Exalted reputations. The achievement is called "United Nations" and it rewards the Dark Phoenix Hatchling. It operates as a guild achievement, however, but I'm assuming there are still at least 55 individual reputations to obtain. Because well, why would it count the same rep more than once? That'd be silly if you have 55 members, they all get exalted with Stormwind and then bam you get the pet? I doubt that. But correct me if I'm wrong! I really dunno how all of the guild achievements function yet. :)

yes its 55, but no one person has to have all 55, for instance i have 41, and i know someone in my guild has the BG reps i'm missing, so 44, then the aldor, the frenzyheart, 46, hydraxian, 47, the new 7ish reps, 54, the goblin cities, shendralar, ravenrogues, thorium brotherhood, and darkmoon faire. for a total of 62 possible i think, but since we have an insane and a justicar we should get it fairly soon after launch.

Assuming Guild Reputation counts, I'll be able to manage this achievement single-handedly--and the only reps I won't have come Cataclysm are Silverwing Sentinels, League of Arathor and the four non-Steamwheedle Insane ones. There's a total of sixty or sixty-one simultaneous Exaltable (Exalted...able?) factions planned so far, depending on that factor.
