I play both factions and Horde being mature is one of the most untrue things that Horde players love to spread around.

For one, when I am on Alliance, people there are less abusive. Whenever I'm on Horde, a mere mention of the Alliance and they're already foaming in the mouth ready to throw their insults around. This is true in real life, in forums, on YouTube, on wow.com. Alliance players are also less invested in zealous behavior. They don't scream, "For the Horde" or some such nonsense every other post just to show their national and/or racial pride. It's a video game, don't get too invested in one faction or another.
