That's a good point to raise. Not all naga are on board with serving the Old Gods so willingly, some would rather serve Neptulon.

Perhaps more to the point, despite once serving the Old Gods, the Elemental Lords seem less on board these days. Neptulon and the Naga seem to be at odds (although that may be a squabble among lieutenants; Old Gods seem to like them some chaos; contrariwise, the Old Gods may have made the Naga as an eventual replacement for (unreliable) Neptulon's elementals) and Therazane is actually allying with the mortals in Deepholme, even after some of them killing her daughter (although that may not mean as much if similar infighting is common among her children/servants.)

Actually Therazane has never been a malicious entity, although she has no trust for mortals(not after being enslaved by Deathwing and his Twilight Cultists), she is not the chaotic destructive entity that her brethren are.

You just have to earn her trust, just as you did the Sons of Hodir, who also had no reason to trust mortals.
