I believe there is a problem in how the PW:S cooldown is measured now, which causes the effective cooldown to be more than the intended one second, even with fully talented Soul Warding. It appears the cooldown is not triggered when the spell is cast, but only after the client receives the server's confirmation that the spell has been cast.If your connection has 100ms lag, this means your effective cooldown is now 1.2 seconds. If your connection has more like 300ms lag, this means that your effective cooldown is 1.6 seconds.I believe this is untenable. Not just because it nerfs disc priests; but because it adds a severe additional burden on players with imperfect latency, in a game that attempts to reduce those burdens.I believe this is an unintended consequence of the change; I hope we can get this fixed ASAP.
