My guess is, depending on your server, a lot. Last night in trade in Orgrimmar (Terokkar) there was an ongoing "discussion"/argument about patch version numbers, like how 4.0 and 4.0.1 are not the same... YES THEY ARE... NO THEY'RE NOT.. and so on. And oh, this is the cataclysm patch and the world is changing, and no this is not the world change this is talents, and you don't know what you're talkin about! Yeah it was a mess. If I take a moment to look at trade on my main server (Draka) it'll probably look similar.
