So, are the Nax achievs still in the game? Are they safe until 403?

If so, does anyone know what happens if you clear all but one boss on 10m, then switch to 25m and finish that last boss? I know you don't have to be present for every boss kill. Its just on the raid lockout "Has anyone died? Nope! The Immortal!"

But, seriously, anyone know if this was tested on the PTR?
