will ach. be retro active for cata like fishing 10,000 fish or when cata comes out will we have to do the all over again? meaning can I start now and have it active when 4.0.3 comes out

None of the new guild progression features are getting turned on until the expansion goes live; while the game almost certainly could start counting that stuff now, I wouldn't expect it to actually do so.

Yes- but will it be looking at the statistics the statistics on the character page when doing the guild achievements, or will it just start counting once 4.0.3 hits?
