For resto, if you pick up everything except Perserverence, Fury of Stormrage, Nature's Ward, and Swift Rejuvenation, you will have two points left to stick somewhere. There's a possible talent over in the moonkin tree (Nature's Majesty) you could drop them in, if you prefer.

For moonkin.. while, frankly I'd just pick up everything new once, just to see how all the mechanics work, and then respec later to get rid of the stuff you don't like, or which you don't think you need.
